At IncorpX, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair. This policy applies to all services offered by IncorpX.

Cancellation of Service

You can cancel your service request at any time by contacting us. Your eligibility for a refund will depend on the status of your service at the time of cancellation.

• Before We Start Work: If you cancel before we have started processing your service request, you are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable government fees and a nominal administrative fee.
• After We Start Work: If we have already begun working on your service (e.g., preparing documents, filing applications), refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis, accounting for the work already completed.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to handle refund requests fairly and quickly.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that government fees, taxes, and other third-party payments are non-refundable once they have been paid on your behalf. Our professional fees for services already rendered are also non-refundable.
• Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 15-20 business days. The final decision on all refunds rests with IncorpX management.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@incorpx.co.in with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your name, the service you purchased, and the reason for your request. We will review it within 7 business days.
